Terms

Romaniv Consulting is the marketing name of Taras Romaniv (JDG). Services are designed for business (B2B) engagements, with consumer consulting (B2C) available on request. These terms govern the use of the website and the pre-contract process.

Technical requirements

Access to the site and electronic communications requires an internet connection, a device capable of browsing the web, and a current version of a standards-compliant browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge, or Firefox) with cookies and JavaScript enabled. You also need an active email account to exchange project information and formal notices. Using email or other remote communication methods incurs only the standard charges applied by your telecom or internet provider; we do not add surcharges.

Service provider

The electronic service is supplied by Taras Romaniv, operating as a sole proprietorship under the name Taras Romaniv (JDG), ul. św. Mikołaja 8/11, lok. 208, 50-125 Wrocław, Poland, NIP 8971910938, REGON 523996840, registered in the Central Registration and Information on Business (CEIDG). Additional legal disclosures are available in the imprint.

Eligibility

The offer is primarily intended for companies and sole proprietors with legal capacity. Individual consumers aged 18 or above may engage after confirming tailored terms. The website is not directed to children under 13 in the United States or under 16 in the European Union and should not be used by them.

Scope of agreement

By accessing this website or initiating contact with the service provider you agree to these terms. Any paid engagement is governed by a separate Statement of Work or Master Services Agreement, which takes precedence if there is a conflict.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this site, interfere with its operation, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems that host it. All materials on the site are provided for information purposes and may not be republished without written consent.

Engagement process

Pricing and payment

Unless stated otherwise, prices are quoted in PLN or USD and may be subject to VAT under Polish tax regulations. Payment instructions are provided on invoices. Late payments may accrue statutory default interest.

Confidentiality

We treat all project information as confidential and will sign mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements on request. You agree to keep our proposals and pricing confidential unless disclosure is required for internal approvals.

Data protection

Personal data shared in discussions or engagements is processed as described in the Privacy Policy. By contacting us you confirm that any personal data you provide is accurate and relates to your professional role or, for consumers, is necessary to handle the engagement.

Right of withdrawal

Consumer clients based in the EU or UK have a 14-day statutory right to withdraw from remote agreements without giving reasons. To exercise, email contact@romaniv.dev with your withdrawal request. If you ask us to start work before the withdrawal period ends, you acknowledge that fees for services already delivered remain payable.

The 14-day period runs from the day a contract is concluded. To meet the deadline it is sufficient to send the withdrawal notice before it expires. Please identify the project or proposal so we can locate the agreement quickly.

Consumers who requested performance to begin during the withdrawal period remain obliged to pay for services provided up to the time the withdrawal notice is received. We will confirm receipt of your request without undue delay.

Model withdrawal form

You may use (but do not have to use) the template below when exercising the statutory withdrawal right. Send the completed form by email to contact@romaniv.dev.
